UMB Financial Corporation Announces Continuing Partnership with Prairie Capital Management Principals

UMB Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: UMBF) announced today that it has entered into long-term employment agreements with the principals of Prairie Capital Management LLC (Prairie Capital). Key principals include Brian Kaufman, Curtis Krizek and Rob Schneider, Andy Klocke, Michael Gentry and Tim Hattey.

Started in 1995 and acquired by UMB in 2010, Prairie Capital operates a national asset and wealth management practice serving a diverse client base including high net worth individuals, family offices, trusts, foundations and endowments, corporations and plan sponsors. The Prairie Capital team provides objective institutional-quality investment advisory services, using a multi-manager approach on an open architecture platform, as well as unique proprietary funds and other investment offerings designed for its high net worth clients.
