(NASDAQ: UCNN), the market leader in on-demand contact center software, reported its NASDAQ common stock trading symbol will change to "SAAS" in conjunction with its previously announced name change to inContact(R), Inc. effective January 1, 2009. Due to the New Years market holiday, the trading symbol will become effective at the open of the NASDAQ market on January 2, 2009.
