GREAT FALLS, Mont., Jan. 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- United Financial Corp. ("United") (NASDAQ:UBMT) today reported that the Board of Directors increased the quarterly dividend by $.01 per share to $.23 per share, payable March 1, 2006, to shareholders of record on February 15, 2006. The previous quarterly dividend payment, adjusted for the 5 for 4 forward stock split effective December 28, 2005, was $.22. United expects to report 2005 earnings the week of February 27, 2006. United Financial Corp. is a bank holding company based in Great Falls, Montana, and is the parent of Heritage Bank, a full service community bank with fifteen locations in Montana.
