Texas United Bancshares Announces First Quarter Cash Dividend of
$0.08 Per Share, an Increase of 14%
LA GRANGE, Texas, March 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- At a meeting held March 3,
2005, the Board of Directors of Texas United Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ:TXUI), a
community banking organization located in central and south central Texas and
in areas north and south of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, declared a first
quarter cash dividend of $0.08 per share on the Company's common stock. The
dividend is payable on April 1, 2005 to shareholders of record as of the close
of business on March 18, 2005. This represents a 14 percent increase over the
quarterly dividend paid in 2004.
