(Nasdaq: TSG) (TSX: TSGI) today announced that it intends to file on Monday, September 17, 2018 its business acquisition report ("BAR") with respect to the acquisition of Sky Betting & Gaming. The BAR will include, among other information, Sky Betting & Gaming's audited financial statements for its fiscal year ended June 30, 2018 as well as certain pro forma unaudited financial statements.
