      Ras Al Khaimah-based RAK Airways, the United Arab Emirates’ 
      newest carrier, and Sabre Airline Solutions, the global leader of 
      software and services for the airline industry from planning to 
      execution, today announced that RAK Airways will launch its service in 
      the first quarter of 2007 using the Sabre® 
      Dispatch Manager dispatch and flight planning system.
    
    
      The software helps produce and maintain optimized flight plans for 
      flights to and from destinations in the Middle East and elsewhere. By 
      selecting Dispatch Manager to provide business-critical 
      functionality, RAK Airways joins more than 200 carriers worldwide that
