Trans-Industries, Inc. Receives Nasdaq Listing Deficiency Letter

AUBURN HILLS, Mich., Nov. 23  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Trans-Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ:TRNI), today announced receipt of a Nasdaq Staff Deficiency letter from The Nasdaq Stock Market ("Nasdaq") indicating the Company is not in compliance with Nasdaq's requirements for continued listing because the Company's shareholders equity amount is below the minimum requirement of $2.5 million and accordingly does not comply with Marketplace Rule 4310(c)(2)(B) (the "Minimum Stockholders Equity Rule").  The Company is currently considering its options.  In the event that the Company is unable to deliver a plan acceptable to Nasdaq, the Company expects to receive notification that its securities will be delisted.  At that time, the Company may appeal the Staff's decision to a Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel.
