Intrado Subsidiary bmd wireless to Operate under Intrado Name; Change Marks Completion of bmd Integration with Intrado

Intrado Inc. (NASDAQ: TRDO), a global provider of
integrated data and telecommunications solutions, today announced that
its wholly owned subsidiary bmd wireless AG will operate under the
Intrado name effective immediately. Intrado acquired bmd wireless,
based in Switzerland, in February of 2004. The name change represents
brand unification as Intrado continues to expand its product offers
and market presence globally, and the timing is based upon the
completion of Intrado's integration of bmd wireless capabilities and
expertise into the parent company.
   Intrado will continue to build on the subsidiary's strong
portfolio of global messaging solutions as well as to incorporate key
technology components into public safety solutions for global markets.
