On August 14, 2020, ThermoGenesis Holdings, Inc., (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results of operations and financial condition for the second quarter of calendar year 2020. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
