Pareteum Corporation (the “Company”), is filing this amendment to its Current Report on Form 8-K filed on February 13, 2019 (the “Original Report”), solely for the purpose of disclosing the financial statements referred to in Item 9.01 herein, relating to the acquisition by the Company of iPass Inc., a Delaware corporation (“iPass”).
