CHICAGO, Jan. 16, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Taylor Capital Group, Inc. (the "Company") (Nasdaq: TAYC) today announced that it plans to report fourth quarter 2013 results after the market closes on Wednesday, January 22, 2014. In light of the previously announced pending merger with MB Financial, Inc., and consistent with the prior quarter, the Company will not be hosting an investor call this quarter.
