TALX Increases Quarterly Dividend 20 Percent

TALX Corporation (NASDAQ: TALX), a leading provider of
payroll-related and human resources services, announced today that its
board of directors has approved a quarterly dividend of $0.04 per
share, a 20 percent increase from $0.033 per share last quarter, after
adjustment for the company's previously announced 3-for-2 stock split
paid on January 17, 2006. The dividend had been $0.05 per share on a
pre-split basis. The dividend is payable on April 7, to shareholders
of record at the close of business on March 17.
