TALX Corporation (Nasdaq:TALX), a leading provider of

details of its involvement at the 24th Annual American Payroll
Association (APA) Congress in Orlando, May 21-25, 2006. TALX will be
highlighting its industry expertise and wide array of specialized
outsourcing services through a combination of a forum, three session
presentations and ongoing exhibit booth demonstrations.
Mike Smith, senior vice president, market development at TALX,
will host two sessions on "Payroll/Human Resources Self-Service
Internet and Portal Technologies." Those sessions will take place
Monday, May 22 at 2:30 pm (EDT) and Tuesday, May 23 at 4:00 pm (EDT).
Dave Fowler, director, new business services at TALX hosts a forum
titled "Compliance Update for Emerging Electronic Payroll Processes."
The forum takes place Monday, May 22 at 4:20 pm (EDT). Finally, Jim
Canfield, director, paperless pay market development at TALX, will
present a session on Monday, May 22, 4:20 pm (EDT), "Taking Advantage
of E-Sign UETA in Payroll." In addition, TALX representatives will be
available in the exhibitor area at booth 1612 to discuss TALX services
during exhibit hours. Attendees also have numerous opportunities to
interact with TALX representatives during the conference through
informal networking.
