IXYS Corporation Postpones Its Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year Earnings Conference Call

IXYS Corporation (NASDAQ:SYXI) today announced that it
is postponing its earnings conference call for its fourth quarter and
fiscal year ended March 31, 2006, which was scheduled for June 1, 2006
at 2 PM, Pacific Time.
   IXYS will announce the timing of the rescheduled conference call
at a later date.

semiconductors and control ICs that are used in controlling and
converting electrical power efficiently in power systems for
telecommunication infrastructure, motor drives, medical systems and
