Explanation of Responses:
(1)	This amount represents Syntel restricted stock units. Each Syntel restricted stock unit granted on August 15, 2018 that remains outstanding when the proposed merger with Atos S.E. is completed, subject to meeting all requirements for consummation of the proposed merger, will be converted into Atos restricted stock units that will continue to vest in accordance with the original vesting schedule of such Syntel restricted stock units, subject to acceleration in full on a qualifying termination of employment.
