(1)	Shares withheld by NortonLifeLock to satisfy tax withholding requirements on vesting of restricted stock units. No shares were sold.
(2)	On August 30, 2019, the Reporting Person entered into a transition services agreement which amended the conditions of his May 24, 2019 performance stock option grant. 650,000 shares vested and became exercisable upon the closing of the sale of the Company's enterprise security business to Broadcom Inc.
