Solar3D, Inc. has engaged Laurel Hill Advisory Group, LLC to perform solicitation services in connection with the Company’s annual meeting, for a fee of $7,500. Officers and regular employees of the Company may, but without compensation other than their regular compensation, solicit proxies by further mailing or personal conversations, or by telephone, telex, facsimile or electronic means.
