TORRANCE, Calif., May 11  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Summa Industries (NASDAQ:SUMX) announces that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.06 per share on the Company's common stock, payable on or about June 20, 2006 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 8, 2006.

Summa Industries manufactures proprietary plastic components for industrial and commercial markets.
