Summa Industries Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

TORRANCE, Calif., Nov. 7  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Summa Industries (NASDAQ:SUMX) announces that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.06 per share on the Company's common stock.  The dividend is payable on or about December 20, 2005 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 9, 2005.

Summa Industries manufactures proprietary plastic components for industrial and commercial markets.
