SUMR, SUMRU, SUMRW), today announced that it will host the NASDAQ
Opening Bell ceremony on Tuesday, March 20, 2007 to commemorate the
Company’s recent listing on the Nasdaq Capital
Market. The ceremony will be co-hosted by Mr. Jason Macari, the CEO, Mr.
Steven Gibree, the EVP, Product Development, and Dr. Marlene Krauss, the
Chairman of Summer Infant, Inc., along with many of the Company’s
senior executives.

The ceremony will take place at 9:30 a.m. E.T. at NASDAQ's MarketSite
Times Square Studio in New York City and will be broadcast
simultaneously on NASDAQ's seven-story Tower in Times Square.
