NEW YORK, Aug. 25, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Harwood Feffer LLP (www.hfesq.com) is investigating potential claims against the board of directors of Steiner Leisure Ltd. ("Steiner" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: STNR) concerning the proposed acquisition of the Company by Catterton.

Under the terms of the offer, the Catterton would acquire Steiner in a transaction valued at approximately $834 million.  Pursuant to the deal, Steiner stockholders would receive $65.00 in cash per share.  According to Yahoo Finance, at least one analyst has set a target price for Steiner stock of $67.00 per share
