Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

(b) On July 18, 2022, Sarissa Capital Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) announced that Eric Vincent, the Company’s President, is stepping down from his role effective July 12, 2022, in order to pursue other interests. Mr. Vincent’s departure is not the result of any disagreement between the Company and Mr. Vincent on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
