Cleansing Materials

 

During the months of June and July, 2023, Sorrento Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into confidentiality agreements (collectively, the “NDAs”) with certain counterparties with whom the Company shared certain confidential information for the purpose of assessing the businesses of Sorrento and Scilex Holding Company. Pursuant to those NDAs, the Company agreed to publicly disclose all material non-public information disclosed to such counterparties (collectively, the “Cleansing Materials”). A copy of the Cleansing Materials is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
