Item 5.02

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors: Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

 

On May 1, 2023, the Board of Directors of Momentus Inc. (the “Company”) designated Eric R. Williams, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, as the Company’s principal financial officer and principal accounting officer, effective immediately. This designation accelerated the transition of responsibilities from the Company’s Interim Chief Financial Officer, Dennis Mahoney, to Mr. Williams, which had previously been scheduled to occur after the filing of the Company’s Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended March 31, 2023.
