Qualifications Panel that the Company's securities will be delisted effective
with the opening of business on December 1, 2003.  The Company's securities will
be immediately eligible for quotation on the OTC Bulletin Board on December 1,
2003.  The OTC Bulletin Board symbol assigned to the Company is SPZN.
