OWOSSO, Mich., Aug. 8  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sports Resorts International, Inc. (the "Company") (NASDAQ:SPRI) today reported its operating results for the second quarter of 2005.

For the quarter ending June 30, 2005, the Company recorded revenue of $3,997,000 as compared to revenue of $5,720,000 for the same period in 2004. For the quarter ending June 30, 2005, the Company reported a net loss of $125,000 or $(0.00) per share.  For the same period in 2004, the Company reported a net loss of $49,000 or $(0.00) per share.

For the six months ending June 30, 2005 revenues were $7,283,000 with a net loss of $767,000. The Company reported revenues of $10,442,000 with a net loss of $447,000 for the same period in 2004. Year-to-date loss per share was $(0.02) and $(0.01) for 2005 and 2004, respectively.
