Item 7.01      Regulation FD Disclosure.

On November 7, 2016, Udo Scheiner, Senior Vice President, International Operations, submitted his resignation to The Spectranetics Corporation (the “Company”). Mr. Scheiner resigned for personal reasons, and his resignation was not due to any disagreements with the Company. The information contained in Item 7.01 of this Current Report on Form 8-K is being furnished and shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and is not incorporated by reference into any filing of the Company, whether made before or after the date hereof, regardless of any general incorporation language in such filing.
