Speedus Announces Compliance with Nasdaq Rule

NEW YORK, Dec. 17  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Speedus Corp. (NASDAQ:SPDED) today announced that it has received notice from the Nasdaq Stock Market informing the Company that it has regained compliance with Marketplace Rule 4310(c)(4), which requires listed companies to maintain a closing bid price equal to or greater than $1.00. Since the closing bid price of the Company's Common Stock has recently been in excess of $1.00 per share for at least ten consecutive trading days, Nasdaq has informed the Company that it has regained compliance with this Marketplace Rule and the matter is closed.
