EXPLANATORY NOTE

 

On February 15, 2017, SodaStream International Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its fourth quarter and full fiscal year results for the period ended December 31, 2016. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 herewith.

 

In conjunction with the conference call being held on February 15, 2017, the Company also is releasing commentary from its Chief Financial Officer and a PowerPoint presentation with additional information relating to fourth quarter and full fiscal year results for the period ended December 31, 2016, furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.2 and Exhibit 99.3, respectively.

 

Other than as indicated below, the information in this Form 6-K (including in Exhibits 99.1, 99.2 and 99.3) shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”) or otherwise subject to the liabilities of that section, nor shall it be deemed incorporated by reference in any filing under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or the Exchange Act.
