Explanation of Responses:

Twenty-five percent (25%) of the total shares subject to the Option will vest on the one (1)-year anniversary of July 30, 2019 (the "Vesting Commencement Date") and 1/48th of the total shares subject to the Option will vest each month thereafter on the same day of the month as the Vesting Commencement Date (and if there is no corresponding day, the last day of the month), subject to the reporting person continuing to be a Service Provider in accordance with Viracta Subsidiary, Inc.'s 2016 Equity Incentive Plan (the "Plan") through each such date.
