Other Events.

On December 21, 2010, we issued a press release announcing the initiation of our pivotal Phase 3 VALOR trial of vosaroxin, our lead drug candidate, in combination with cytarabine in patients with first relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
