  Stolt-Nielsen S.A. (Oslo Børs: SNI) announced today
that the Company's audited consolidated financial statements for the fiscal
year
ended November 30, 2009 have been approved by the SNSA Board of Directors
and
signed-off by SNSA's independent auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.  The
attached financial statements will be filed with the Oslo Stock Exchange
and
posted on the Company's website
