State National Bancshares, Inc. Issues Correction to Press Release Dated May 25, 2006

FORT WORTH, Texas, May 26  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- State National Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ:SNBI) today issued a correction to an error that appeared in the Company's press release dated May 25, 2006.  The heading of the press release, which stated "State National Bancshares, Inc. Declares First Quarterly Cash Dividend" should have read as follows: "State National Bancshares, Inc. Declares Second Quarter Cash Dividend."  All other information contained in the press release was correct.
