Coconut Oil Kettle Cooked Potato Chips are made in the traditional Boulder Canyon manner, using only real, clean food ingredients that are simple to read and easy to understand. In fact, the new Coconut Oil chips have just three simple ingredients: potatoes, coconut oil and sea salt.

The chips are cooked using Boulder's small-batch kettle method, which uses 100 percent coconut oil to provide a remarkable crunch and a light finish that is crisp and clean.
