surgery centers, announced today that Kenneth C. Mitchell, senior vice
president and chief financial officer of Symbion, will present at the
Raymond James 27th Annual Institutional Investors Conference to be
held March 5 - 8, 2006, in Orlando, Florida.

on Tuesday, March 7, 2006, beginning at 2:50 p.m. Eastern Time. To
