short stay surgery centers, announced today that Richard E. Francis,
Jr., chairman and chief executive officer of Symbion, Inc., and
Kenneth C. Mitchell, senior vice president and chief financial
officer, will present at the Lehman Brothers Ninth Annual Global
Healthcare Conference to be held March 8 - 10, 2006, in South Beach,
Florida.
   A live broadcast of its conference presentation will be available
on Wednesday, March 8, 2006, beginning at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time. To
