Symbion, Inc. Announces Second Quarter 2006 Conference Call

Symbion, Inc. (NASDAQ:SMBI), an owner and operator of
short stay surgery centers, announced today that it will provide an
online Web simulcast of its second quarter 2006 earnings conference
call on Thursday, July 27, 2006. The Company's results for the second
quarter ended June 30, 2006, will be released after the close of the
market on Wednesday, July 26, 2006.
   The live broadcast of Symbion's conference call is scheduled to
begin at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, July 27th. An online
replay will be available for 30 days beginning approximately an hour
following the conclusion of the live broadcast. A link to these events
