Select Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), will hold its 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. (ET) in Dunn, North Carolina. As part of that meeting, Company representatives will make a presentation of financial and other information.
