Explanation of Responses:
(1)	On August 13, 2021, Tuo PAN, the Reporting Person was granted 200,000 shares of common stock, vested immediately. The grant was made under the Company's 2014 Equity Incentive Plan.
(2)	On June 30, 2020, Lei NIE, the Reporting Person's husband and the Company's employee, was granted 200,000 shares of common stock, vested immediately. The grant was made under the Company's 2014 Equity Incentive Plan. On July 7, 2020, the Company effected a 1-for-5 reverse stock split of the Company's issued and outstanding shares of common stock. With the reverse stock split, the number of shares held by Lei NIE changed from 200,000 to 40,000.
