filed in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California by
Siliconix Incorporated, , a subsidiary of Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. . The
company said that the suit, alleging patent infringement, is wholly without
merit, and that AnalogicTech will vigorously defend itself against the charges.
