(2)	The total of 21,219 shares correctly reflects the shares held by Mr. McAleenan. The number of shares reported as beneficially owned by Mr. McAleenan on the Form 4 filed on October 5, 2020, did not include 2,000 shares previously purchased by Mr. McAleenan that was previously reported on the Form 4 filed on October 1, 2018, which resulted in an understatement of his beneficial holdings by 2,000 shares.
