Item 8.01.	Other Events.

Earlier today the Company filed a Current Report on Form 8-K that included as Exhibit 99.1 a News release dated June 8, 2018. In the News release under the heading entitled "First Quarter Performance Highlights" the reference to an "$11.8 million" improvement in consolidated adjusted EBITDA was incorrect. The correct improvement in consolidated adjusted EBITDA was $11.6 million.
