A. Schulman Declares Regular Cash Dividend on Convertible Special Stock

A. Schulman, Inc. (Nasdaq:SHLM) approved, on October 4, 2017, the quarterly cash dividend of $15.00 per share on the 125,000 shares of the Company’s convertible special stock, payable on November 1, 2017 to shareholders of record on October 15, 2017.

Separately, A. Schulman’s board of directors is expected to take action with respect to the Company’s common stock regular quarterly cash dividend during the next full board meeting, as per normal course, on or about October 13, 2017.
