On November 14, 2017, Sigma Labs, Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our,” “Sigma,” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2017 and providing an update on recent business developments. A copy of the press release is attached to this Report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
