State Financial Services Corporation ("State") (Nasdaq:SFSW), a bank holding company, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared its regular quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share, payable to common stockholders of record as of June 21, 2005. The payment date for the dividend is July 5, 2005. State Financial Services Corporation is a $1.5 billion financial services company operating through 29 locations in southeastern Wisconsin and northeastern Illinois.
