      plans to release financial results for the third quarter ended September 
      30, 2008, shortly after the close of market trading on Tuesday, October 
      21, 2008. Management will host a conference call on the same day at 4:30 
      p.m. Eastern Time featuring remarks by John G. Pasqualetto, President 
      and CEO, Richard J. Gergasko, Executive Vice President - Operations, and 
      M. Philip Romney, Vice President of Finance and Principal Accounting
