On November 6, 2008, Scopus Video Networks Ltd. announced that the previously announced negotiations to acquire the business of Optibase Ltd., the Company’s principal shareholder, have been terminated. A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and incorporated by reference herein.
