Saucony to Contribute to Hurricane Katrina Relief Efforts

Saucony, Inc. (NASDAQ: SCNYA and SCNYB) today announced
that it will make a contribution to a disaster relief fund to support
disaster assistance and humanitarian relief efforts in connection with
Hurricane Katrina.
   Saucony President and Chief Executive Officer John Fisher said,

caused by Hurricane Katrina. Like all Americans, our thoughts and
prayers are with the victims of this horrible tragedy. We are pleased
to announce that Saucony will make a contribution to a disaster relief
