Strongbridge Biopharma plc, (Nasdaq:SBBP), a global commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of therapies for rare diseases with significant unmet needs, today announced that the Company will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Shareholders on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at the offices of Arthur Cox, Ten Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin, Ireland. The record date for shareholders entitled to receive notice of and vote at the AGM is Wednesday, March 28, 2018.
