SatCon Technology to Report FY2005 Second Quarter Results

SatCon Technology Corporation(R) (Nasdaq NM: SATC), a
developer and manufacturer of power control electronics, today
announced that on Tuesday, May 17, 2005 at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time,
the Company will conduct a conference call to discuss its financial
results for its fiscal 2005 second quarter, which ended on April 2,
2005. The company will also publish an earnings release on Tuesday,
May 17, 2005 prior to the conference call.
   David Eisenhaure, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, will host
